MCCC employees will soon have a chance to be recognized for their hard work.
The Enriching Lives Performance Award will soon be available to co-worker nominated full-time and part-time employees, adjunct faculty, and student assistants at MCCC.
The Institutional Staff Development Committee will be responsible for selecting the winner.
The award will be given monthly, with the first deadline for entries being noon on Mar. 2. Aside from the Mar. 2 award, the award will be given on the first Monday of every month.
“The purpose of this award is to acknowledge the achievements of employees through a performance-based recognition program,” Molly McCutchan, director of Human Resources at MCCC, said.
Employees will be selected using MCCC’s Brand Values, ICARE: investment, community, accessibility, responsiveness, and enrichment.
According to the Enriching Lives Performance Award flier, “This acronym (ICARE) represents the five values by which internal behaviors, practices, and policies support MCCC’s Mission and Vision.”
