As students flood the halls and classrooms for Winter Semester, it may be the last time on campus for many.
As we move into spring, many students seal the deal at the end of the semester with commencement.
If you plan on graduating soon, there are steps that are required to receive your diploma.
As you approach your last semester, you must complete and submit an application for your degree. Students who plan on graduating in Fall 2018, Winter 2019, Spring 2019, or Summer 2019 must have their application turned in by Feb. 22, 2019.
Students can find the application by logging onto their WebPal on the MCCC website. Once a student is logged in, click on the “Apply to Graduate” tab under Academic Profile. This is in the bottom right corner, under the registration section.
The application consists of your name, degree you are applying for, address, and graduation essentials such as cap and gown size and the number of tickets you wish to receive. Students are allowed a maximum of four tickets. If students don't need all four, it's encouraged and appreciated that they ask other graduating students if they need extra tickets for family and friends.
